Each hour-long workout includes fundamental training in major skill areas, such as ball handling, conditioning, defense, shooting and footwork. Fundamentals are such an important piece to becoming a talented player, yet much of an in-season practice is spent on plays and team synergy that players just don’t get enough time to work on individual skills. Agoura Basketball Clinics provide multiple repetitions with valuable one-on-one instruction from our knowledgable coaching staff, so players get the quality time they need to define their individual skill sets. With three, one-hour workout sessions a week, plus five days of games throughout the season, this is one of the best playing experiences for players who aren't ready for the commitment of a year-round club team.
